An important but very often neglected aspect of the ‘purchasing a sauna experience’ is the shipping procedure. Many companies offer “FREE SHIPPING” in their promotion but unfortunately this as the effect that customers in general do not ask enough question in that regards.
The most important question for most people is: “When will I get my sauna?”

*Your sauna will arrive to your front door anywhere between 10 to 30 business days
following you placing your order depending on many different factors clearly explained in detail below.
2. The freight carrier will contact you by phone 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to set the day and time. Delivery is normally within a 4 hours window and every effort will be made to ensure that.
3. Any delivery issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with the freight carrier when you make your appointment.
4. The sauna will be delivered in 2 box for 1-2 person models or multiple boxes for larger units. The boxes are uneven and will be strapped to a pallet. This is an additional precaution we take to make sure the freight carrier do not stack other boxes on your sauna.
Our saunas, in most cases, are delivered in a semi truck with a 53 foot trailer equipped with a lift gate. The single driver will unload the pallet and deliver your sauna near the front door or in the garage if easily accessible.
*We ship to every zip code within the 48 states (there may be an extra charge if a 18 wheel semi-tractor trailer with a lift gate cannot access your location, or if a ferry is required to reach your destination).
5. Once the driver has unloaded the pallet, we ask that you immediately inspect the exterior of the boxes for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks to the box(es). You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. Refuse delivery if you should see a large hole anywhere.
It is a fact that Pure Life Energy Saunas has access to the biggest infrared saunas inventory in the entire USA. Also, the steps and precautions taken to ship our saunas for you to receive it quickly and in perfect shape are nothing but highly professional.
Many companies promise you will receive your sauna in the coming ( … ) days. Then, when you don’t, they just ask you to be a “little patient” as your sauna is on its way. Unfortunately, making you live your first deception before even having your sauna delivered.
Pure Life Energy Saunas factual ordering/shipping procedure step by step:
1. Once you place your order, it takes up to 3 business days for the money to clear. For security reasons, Pure Life Energy Saunas will engage the shipping procedure once this action is completed.
2. Pure Life Energy Saunas submits your order to the shipping department which usually ships your sauna within 2 business days.
3. As soon as your sauna is has shipped, Pure Life Energy Saunas will send you an email with the tracking number of your shipment.
4. Depending where you live in the USA or Canada, the number of days for getting your sauna delivered to your front door will vary slightly.
Take note: Because Pure Life Energy Saunas as to rely on 3rd party services (carriers offering lift gate service). we prefer not to make unrealistic promises concerning exactly when you will receive your sauna. However, based on experience, the vast majority of our customers receive their saunas more or less 15 business days following placing their order (USA).
Even though we do everything humanely possible for you to receive your new far infrared sauna in good condition in a timely manner,
we need you to take certain steps when your sauna arrives to make sure that you will enjoy the experience from A to Z.
The following information is crucial for you to know and use:
- Take time to carefully inspect the shipment before signing the shipping receipt. You are the person in position to verify that everything is as suppose to be.
- Do not accept the shipment if during your inspection you observe that a box has
been seriously damaged during transportation
- It is very important that you write “Subject to Inspection” on the delivery receipt.
This way you will have 48 hours to inspect that everything is in good condition and if not, report it to:

2. Pure Life Energy Saunas so we can help you.
Failure to notify within the established time frame (48 hours) will result in the owner
taking full responsibility for cost of ALL REPLACEMENT PARTS including shipping and handling fees.
***It is the buyer’s responsibility to be available to sign for the shipment as well as assemble the sauna.
Pure Life Energy Saunas will not be responsible for shipping fees if the sauna is returned due to no signature.
